We are truly honoured to announce that the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) has officially installed our Automated External Defibrillator (AED) at their premises.
This milestone holds special meaning for our team, not only because MMC is a respected authority in the healthcare sector, but also because of the journey we’ve shared leading up to this decision.
A Thoughtful, Thorough Process
Our engagement with MMC began over four months ago. From the start, it was clear that they were committed to making an informed and responsible choice. They conducted a detailed evaluation, comparing various AED brands available in Malaysia. Every aspect was considered from technical reliability to long-term support and usability.
Earlier in the process, our team had the opportunity to conduct a product demonstration for MMC’s internal stakeholders. We were encouraged by their openness, professionalism, and the care they showed in ensuring that their final decision aligned with both safety needs and regulatory standards.

Following the installation, our team conducted a hands-on AED training session with MMC’s staff. The participation was enthusiastic and engaged each person took the time to understand how the AED works and how to respond effectively in an emergency situation.
