During a recent discussion, We asked a customer a straightforward question:
“What prompted the decision to install an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) at the station? Was it in response to updated guidelines?”
The response was both simple and compelling.
The answer was clear: “The installation was a proactive initiative to enhance public facilities, an intentional step taken to better protect customers and improve overall safety for everyone using the station.”
This reflects a commendable commitment to public well-being, going beyond minimum requirements and focusing on real-life impact. Such initiatives demonstrate leadership, responsibility, and genuine care for the community.
We respectfully acknowledge this effort, and we are pleased to note that an AED is now available at Petronas Skudai Northbound R&R, contributing to a safer environment for all road users.
