Is your First Aid certification recognised in Malaysia?

Yes,our First Aid certification is recognised in Malaysia. The Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), also known as Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (JKKP), no longer endorses or accredits First Aiders or First Aid training providers. According to information provided by DOSH, this practice ceased in 2008.

Training providers in Malaysia are expected to have qualified instructors, relevant academic and practical experience, and conduct training based on the First Aid Guidance 2004 published by DOSH. Providers may also incorporate additional content and updated best practices where appropriate. The list of certified First Aid training centres previously included in the guidance has also been discontinued.

Do I need any prior medical knowledge?

No. The course is designed for beginners and does not require any medical background or previous training.

What topics are covered in the course?

Course topics are covered in accordance with the First Aid Guidelines 2004 published by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).

Is the training practical or theory-based?

The course combines classroom instruction with hands-on practical exercises, demonstrations, and emergency response scenarios.

Do you provide on-site training at our workplace?

Yes, training can be conducted at your office, factory, school, or organization.

Can the course be customized for our industry?

Yes. Training can be tailored for offices, factories, schools, childcare centers, construction sites, and healthcare facilities.

Will I receive a certificate after completion?

Yes. Participants who successfully complete the course with assessment will receive a certificate of competency. For short comprehensive courses without formal assessments, a Certificate of Participation will be issued.
