Advanced First Aid, CPR & AED Training
The Comprehensive 3-Day Advanced First Aid Course is designed for trained first aiders who want to move beyond basic skills and develop advanced, real-world emergency response capabilities.
This program focuses on high-level competency, critical decision-making, and the ability to manage serious trauma, complex emergencies, and multi-casualty incidents with confidence.
- Day 1 – Advanced Life Support Foundation: Refresher on CPR and AED following the latest CPR & ECC Guidelines, airway management (OPA/NPA), Bag-Valve-Mask (BVM) ventilation, oxygen therapy, and choking response.
- Day 2 – Trauma & Environmental Emergencies: Managing bleeding, burns, fractures, spinal injuries, and environmental incidents like electrocution or heatstroke. Includes practical use of extrication and immobilization devices such as the Kendrick Extrication Device (KED).
- Day 3 – Mock Drills & “Test Your Skill” Scenarios: A full day dedicated to simulation-based learning. Participants will perform live mock emergency drills including mass casualty management, triage, rescue under realistic, high-pressure conditions.
By the end of this 3-day course, participants will not only understand what to do — but will have proven their ability to do it effectively, as part of a coordinated emergency team.
Unlike shorter or entry-level courses, this 3-day structure provides the depth, realism, and repetition required to build true emergency competency.
- Hands-On Mastery – Over 80% of training time is dedicated to practical sessions.
- Realistic Mock Scenarios – Participants perform full-scale emergency simulations, testing decision-making and teamwork.
- Skill Validation – Day 3 focuses entirely on “Test Your Skill” mock drills, ensuring participants can perform confidently under pressure.
- Competency-Based Certification – Participants must pass both written and practical assessments before certification is granted.
In short: 3 days = knowledge + skill + proven performance.
